AlphaROC is a product and consulting service company that provides actionable insights for investors and corporations on the actual performance of companies, leveraging large, messy datasets, cloud computing, and machine learning.


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to drive business development efforts for AlphaROC. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a critical role in advancing our products and services across Wall Street, including both Buy and Sell-side institutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning our solutions with customer needs and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage prospects, territory plans, and opportunity pipelines while maintaining accurate forecasts
  • Create and implement prospecting and marketing strategies to position AlphaROC for future growth
  • Lead sales efforts by identifying and opening new market segments; leverage channel partners, alliances, and partnerships where applicable

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in selling to the financial services industry
  • Deep understanding of the Financial Services landscape and a robust professional network
  • Experience in selling software products, research tools, or independent research is highly preferred

  • Ability to deeply understand a client’s business environment, key drivers, and market trends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional selling skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and customer service orientation

  • Proven experience working with ML technologies
